Announcing a new wheel design, Vorsteiner has also shown a new BMW M3 E92 upgrade program which includes a new body kit. The new Vorsteiner BMW M3 E92 aerodynamics kit features a large boot lid spoiler, a rear diffuser, new side skirts and a front apron.
The Vorsteiner BMW M3 E92 sits on new CS-01 1-Piece cast wheels that come in 19x8.5 inch and 19x9.5 inch for the front and rear. The rims on the new Vorsteiner BMW M3 E92 can be finished in Matte Black and Matte Shadow Silver and feature an anodized aluminum carbon fiber center cap. The wheels work with the factory tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) easing the transition between wheels.
The new Vorsteiner BMW M3 E92 has a VRS Carbon Fiber Aero Kit. Looking at the VRS package, the kit consists of a new front bumper giving the M3 an even aggressive appearance without being overly garish. The bumper has an expanded center air intake, a downward extension that lowers the car visually, redesigned side air vents, and a replaceable one-piece carbon fiber front splitter. The VRS aero kit also features a new rear diffuser and large boot lid spoiler to give the BMW M3 impressive styling.
Vorsteiner’s Carbon Fiber Honeycomb Matrix (CFHM) structure gives their parts superior stiffness, strength & durability compared to traditional hand laid carbon fiber and fiberglass materials.
As for the wheels, the CS-01 features a full-face 7 twin spoke design which allows the spokes to extend to the edge of wheel, revealing its true size in a bold, yet elegant manner. The front and rear options are available in 19x8.5 inch and 19x9.5 inch, respectively, providing an aggressive stance.
Looking at the amount of work that has been done it looks like Vorsteiner has succeeded to replicate the new M3 like the previous BMW CSL models, which had extra power and lighter kerb weights to provide a more exhilarating driving experience.
This Vorsteiner creation replaces some of the original parts of the E92 M3 with carbon-fiber replacements making it lighter and along with a titanium exhaust that shaves additional weight which opens up the sound. With wider wheels and more power the Vorsteiner M3 is expected to be a more engaging drive than the standard M3.
